Task Force
The combination of outstanding location and designation as a Free Zone area makes Jordan Gateway Free Zone Industrial Park one of the most attractive investment destinations in Jordan.
ABOUT US
Jordan Gateway Free Zone Industrial Park is located in the most strategic location in the Middle East. The Park was established in 2002 and extends over 1200 thousand square meters in the Jodanian side, and 270 thousand square meters in the Israeli Side.
The park is operating as an industrial, commerce & logistics hub facilitating for an easy and swift transportation of products and commodities from and to America, Europe, Middle East and the rest of Asia.
We offer our clients a simple and swift registration and commencement of business operations as Free Zone Companies, with certificates of origin (Free Zones) issued for industrial products partly manufactured or otherwise processed in the park.
The operational mechanism of the park is one of a kind due to a bi-lateral agreements: people working at the park as well as visitors can enter from either Jordan or Israel to create one sustainable hun. A designating bridge crossing the Jordan River connects the two side, allowing for greater accessibility and passage for people, raw materials, and produced products.
Projects in Process

JGP will enjoy a designated new bridge across the Jordan River with special and unique governmental arrangements. The bridge will grant the Park tenants a great value as it will allow free access to authorized people, raw materials, and produced materials according to same arrangements.

JGB is located in an abundant agricultural area, and thus regional cooperation including exchange of know-how, technology and commerce was recognized. Hence JGP seeks to promote cooperation through agricultural center for the benefits of the locals, as well as international organizations.

The exploration of natural gas in the Mediterranean along with the heavy expenditure on power generation in Jordan due to lack of low-cost sources of energy (natural gas) opens an opportunity for a private 400MW power plant project, which JGP is now studying and negotiating.

JGP is planning and designing grain compartments for bonding, loading, and uploading different kinds of grains. The granaries are designed to meet the highest technological, environmental and sanitary standards, to effectively and professionally serve different clients. The terminals will adopt a one-stop-shop concept, including agricultural and customs certificates at site and advanced freight solutions.

The Hi-Tech Center (the HTC) is designed to take advantage of the proximity of the industrial park to Israel. JGP plans to build 5000 sqm building to host 10-15 Hi-Tech and Hi-tech service related companies. The Center will aim to build human capital capacity at the high-end, graduates of universities in the region and technical schools, and provide employment opportunities.

JGP has already built number of big-scale standard factory buildings (SFB’s) rented to different factories operating in the Park. Having the experience and the demand, we are now planning to expand our SFB’s to be built in a high standard specifications. The SFB will be built in a Built-to-Suit method, and designed for light & medium industries.
